What’s it like to sell the seventh most expensive home in the Sioux Falls area since 2005?
“It’s pretty incredible. It’s an awesome home with amazing amenities and a one of a kind view of the Sioux Falls skyline,” said Bender Realtors agent, Rob Kurtenbach.
Recently, Kurtenbach closed on the home located at 306 West Harpel Drive for $1,910,000. The closing price stands as the top home sale in 2019 and the seventh most expensive home sold in the Sioux Falls area since 2005, according to MLS data.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was custom built by Deffenbaugh Homes in 2012 with Cape Cod influences and incredible design work throughout its 8,164 square feet of living space. Included in the home: views of the Sioux Falls skyline.
“Our clients were making a move out of state and we were thrilled to help them get their home under contract in just 64 days. Usually homes of this price point take much longer to sell,” said Kurtenbach. The clients were extremely happy with the results.
Home Features
The home’s kitchen features an enormous center island, black leathered granite counters, Kitchen Aid appliances and extras like an under-counter microwave and double ovens.
The master suite features a huge double vanity, soaking tub and tile shower, as well as another view of the city skyline.
The lower level includes two family rooms, a fitness center, and wet bar/mini kitchen with a full fridge, oven and dishwasher. Other features of the home include three fireplaces, two convenient laundry areas on multiple floors, a finished loft space, a saltwater sport pool, and four-stall garage that includes bonus space, core floor and under garage storage.Serving Clients
Kurtenbach leaned on the Bender Companies reputation to help close the deal for his clients.
“My clients had worked with Reggie Kuipers on the Commercial side to sell their business a few years back,” said Kurtenbach. “They loved working with him and our firm, and that trust carried over.”
Bender Realtors works closely with the other companies under the Bender umbrella, Bender Commercial Real Estate Services and Bender Midwest Properties. This proximity helps the companies share relevant information and relationships to best serve their clients. From renting an apartment to selling a high-end home or business, and everything in between, Bender Companies has all your real estate needs covered.
“When there’s a high-end deal like this it’s beneficial to have the whole team available to help get it to the finish line,” said Kurtenbach. “It definitely helps me go above and beyond in serving my clients.”
